Authors of accepted papers should submit full papers in PDF format in English. The paper should be written in English and prepared following standard A4 IEEE 2-column format. Accepted Full papers are limited in length to Six (6) printed pages including figures, tables, and references. Papers exceeding the page limits will be charged 100 USD per page and a maximum of two pages can be added. The mandatory IEEE template in Microsoft Word and LaTeX format can be found at IEEE templates page.  

Your paper will be published in the conference proceedings by IEEE, and will be included in the IEEE Xplore after you register for the conference and present your paper. The conference registration fee is 100 USD per attendee. For each additional papers accepted in the conference, the conference registration fee is reduced by 50%. The registration fee will cover the IEEE publication fee.

Ethiopian authors have to pay the registration fee in ETB (Ethiopian Birr) based on the currency exchange rate on the payment date via the Commercial Bank of Ethiopia account.
